About Anfaavocat
Who is Anfaavocat and what do you sell?
Anfaavocat is a US-based specialty online retailer operated by Elizabethloraine LLC, registered in Aurora, Colorado. We are not a manufacturer -- we work with established manufacturing partners to source automatic cat feeders, water dispensers, and feeder and water dispenser sets, then sell them directly to cat owners across the United States.
We focus on one category because we believe in knowing it well. Every product we carry has been evaluated against the questions a careful buyer would ask: does the battery backup work during a power outage? Can it handle the kibble size my cat eats? Is the bowl material safe for daily use? If a product cannot answer those questions honestly, it is not on our site.

Why choose Anfaavocat over other brands or Amazon?
We are a small, focused retailer -- not a marketplace with thousands of sellers of varying quality. Every product on our site is one we have specifically selected and can support. When something goes wrong, you reach our US-based customer service team directly, not a third-party seller or an automated system.
We also publish honest product descriptions. We tell you what a feeder does not do -- including WiFi limitations, kibble size requirements, and what happens during a power outage -- rather than leaving those details in the fine print or out entirely. That is not a marketing position; it is how we prefer to operate.
Are your products safe for cats?
Yes. Food-contact components in our feeders -- including bowls, hoppers, and food trays -- are made from food-grade, BPA-free materials. Stainless steel bowls resist bacteria buildup better than plastic and are easier to keep genuinely clean. Water-contact components in our fountain sets meet the same standards.
Our manufacturing partners hold CE, RoHS, FCC, and MSDS certifications verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. If you need documentation for a specific product, email us and we will provide it.
Orders and Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery within the contiguous US typically takes 5-6 business days in transit -- so total time from order to arrival is usually 6-9 business days.
Estimates may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, or peak periods. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum order amount required, and no fees added at checkout. There are no hidden shipping charges.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the contiguous United States (48 states). We are not currently able to ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- US military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)
- International destinations outside the United States
These locations require air freight or specialized shipping that falls outside our current capability as a small retailer. If your address falls into one of these categories, contact us before placing an order and we will let you know your options.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use it to check delivery status directly on the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first -- then contact us at support@anfaavocat.com with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet shipped. Email support@anfaavocat.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled -- but you can request a return after delivery under our 30-day return policy.

Can I use this feeder when I travel or go away for a few days?
Yes -- this is one of the most common reasons people buy an automatic feeder. Models with a 5L, 6L, or 7L hopper can hold several days of kibble, making them well-suited for overnight trips or 2-3 day travel without needing a pet sitter for the feeding itself.
We recommend setting up and running the feeder for a few days before you leave, so you can confirm the schedule is working correctly. WiFi-connected models let you check feeding history from your phone while you are away.
For trips longer than 3 days, ensure the hopper is fully loaded before you leave, and consider asking someone to check in on your pet at least once. No feeder is a substitute for a human check-in on longer trips.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition and all accessories included. Returns require prior approval from our support team -- do not ship items back without confirmation from us first.

How long do refunds take?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Funds typically appear back in your account within an additional 3-5 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have not seen your refund within 10 business days from when we confirmed receipt, contact us and we will look into it.
Who pays for return shipping?
Anfaavocat covers return shipping when the return is due to our error -- a shipping mistake, incorrect item sent, or a verified product defect. We will provide a prepaid label.
The customer covers return shipping when the return is for personal reasons -- such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong model, or no longer wanting the item.
No restocking fees are charged on any return.
What is your warranty?
All Anfaavocat products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal household use.
No registration required -- keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Original packaging is not required for warranty claims. Consumable parts (filters, desiccant packs) are not covered by the warranty.

Setup and Compatibility
Will the feeder work with my WiFi network?
Most Anfaavocat feeders connect to 2.4GHz WiFi networks only and are not compatible with 5GHz-only networks. If your router broadcasts both bands under the same network name, the feeder will typically connect to the 2.4GHz band automatically during setup.
Exception: The 6L HD Camera model (with 160-degree wide-angle lens) supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks. Check the product page for your specific model to confirm WiFi requirements before purchasing.
If you are unsure whether your router has a 2.4GHz band, check your router settings or contact your internet provider.
What happens if the WiFi goes out while I am away?
The feeder will continue to dispense meals based on the last saved schedule stored on the device. App-based features -- live camera view, manual feeding, schedule changes -- are not available until WiFi is restored. The feeding schedule itself does not stop.
What happens if the power goes out?
Most models include a battery backup that automatically activates if the power goes out, keeping the feeding schedule running. The app and camera functions will not work during an outage, but scheduled meals continue.
Note: Backup batteries are not included with most models. Check your product page to confirm the battery type required and whether it is included.
Is the app easy to set up?
Yes. The app walks you through each step. Most users complete setup in under 5 minutes. You will create an account, connect the feeder to your WiFi, and set your feeding schedule -- all from within the app. The app is available for iOS and Android.
Does it work with Alexa or Google Assistant?
Smart home compatibility varies by model. Check the specific product page for integration details before purchasing. Not all models support voice assistant integration.
Can I set multiple feeding times per day?
Yes. Depending on your model, you can schedule between 8 and 15 meals per day, each at a specific time with its own portion size set within the app. Check your product page for the exact number of daily meals supported by your model.
Feeding and Portions
What feeder size is right for my pet?
Feeder capacity ranges from 4L to 7L depending on the model. As a general guide:
- For one cat or a small dog: a 4L model is typically sufficient for daily use
- For two cats or a multi-cat household: consider a 4.2L dual-bowl model or larger
- For travel or extended absence of 2-3 days: a 5L, 6L, or 7L model gives you more capacity between refills
Check each product page for specific capacity and recommended portion sizes.
How accurate are the portion sizes?
Most Anfaavocat feeders dispense within plus or minus 5 percent of the target portion when using kibble within the recommended size range. You can adjust portion sizes through the app to fine-tune based on your pet's needs and the kibble you use. Irregular or oversized kibble may affect accuracy.
Can two cats be on different feeding schedules from one feeder?
Dual-bowl models dispense from one shared hopper at the same time into two separate bowls. Both cats receive the same portion simultaneously -- you cannot set different food types, different amounts, or different meal times per bowl from a single feeder. If your cats need completely separate diets or portions, you would need two individual feeders.
Does it work with wet food?
No. Anfaavocat automatic feeders are designed for dry kibble only. Wet food can spoil quickly at room temperature and may clog the dispenser mechanism. For wet food feeding, a separate solution is needed.
What kibble size is compatible?
Compatibility varies by model:
- Most models work with dry kibble up to 10mm (0.39 inches) in diameter
- Some models support kibble between 5mm and 15mm
- The 5L cordless dual-bowl model works with kibble up to 18mm (0.7 inches) in diameter
Check your specific product page for the exact kibble size range. Oversized or irregularly shaped kibble may cause clogging. If your cat eats large-breed kibble, verify the size before purchasing.
My cat will not go near the feeder. What should I do?
This is very common in the first few days and almost always resolves with a short adjustment period. A few things that help:
- Place the feeder near where your cat already eats, then move it gradually to its permanent location over a few days
- Run the feeder while you are home for the first 2-3 days so your cat can see and hear it in a familiar context
- Use the voice message feature if your feeder has one -- your recorded voice at dispensing time helps cats associate the sound with mealtime
- Put a small amount of kibble near the feeder so your cat discovers it on their own terms
Most cats adjust within a week. If your cat is still avoiding the feeder after 10 days, contact us and we will help troubleshoot.
Camera and Monitoring
Does the camera require a subscription or cloud account?
Most camera models stream live video directly to your phone through the app -- no subscription required. Some models support local video recording via a micro SD card (not included). Cloud recording options, if available, are optional and separate from the basic live stream function. Check your product page for specific storage details.
Can I turn the camera off?
Yes. The camera can be disabled directly from the app at any time. When turned off, no video or audio is transmitted or recorded.
How does the 100-day battery claim work on the cordless model?
The 5L cordless dual-bowl feeder advertises up to 100 days of battery life per charge under typical conditions -- meaning WiFi connected and standard daily feeding frequency. Actual battery life may be shorter depending on WiFi signal strength, how many meals are dispensed per day, and environmental factors. The smart display shows remaining battery life in days so you can plan when to recharge.
