Warranty Policy

Last updated: May 2026

We stand behind the products we sell. If something stops working the way it is supposed to -- through no fault of your own -- we want to make it right. This policy explains what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and how to reach us when you need support.

This policy applies to customers in the United States who purchased directly from anfaavocat.com.

1. Warranty Coverage

Anfaavocat provides a 12-month limited warranty on all automatic cat feeders and pet water fountains purchased directly from our store.

  • Warranty period: 12 months from the date of delivery
  • What is covered: Manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur under normal household use -- including cases where the product stops working as described through no fault of the customer
  • Who is covered: The original purchaser only. This warranty is not transferable. Products purchased through third-party sellers are not covered.
  • No registration required: Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. You will need your order number if you contact us for warranty support.
  • Original packaging not required for warranty claims: We do not require original packaging to process a warranty claim. Your order number and a description of the issue are sufficient to start the process.

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to issues caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Accidental damage, drops, or physical impact
  • Improper installation or use outside the instructions provided with the product
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
  • Liquid damage beyond normal water contact (for water fountains)
  • Power surges, pests, or external factors beyond normal household conditions

Consumable and Replaceable Parts

Filters, desiccant packs, replacement bowls, and similar consumable components are designed to be replaced regularly as part of normal maintenance. These parts are not covered by the warranty but are available for purchase separately. Contact us at support@anfaavocat.com if you need help sourcing replacement parts.

3. How to Request Warranty Support

If you believe your product has a covered issue, contact us at support@anfaavocat.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The product name or model number
  • A description of the issue -- what is happening and when it started
  • Photos or a short video showing the problem, if you are able to capture it

We aim to respond within 1 business day, Monday through Friday (Mountain Time, MT).

You do not need to ship anything back until we confirm the issue and provide instructions. We will review your request first and let you know whether it is covered and what happens next. We will never ask you to send a product back without confirming we have received your claim and agreed on next steps.

4. How We Resolve Warranty Claims

When a warranty claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions depending on the nature of the issue:

  • Troubleshooting guidance to resolve the issue without a return
  • A replacement part shipped to you at no charge
  • A replacement unit of the same or a comparable model at no charge

We will discuss the resolution with you before taking any action. Replacement units may be new or manufacturer-inspected and will be in full working condition. Replacement items are covered for the remainder of your original warranty period.

Note on refunds: We do not offer cash refunds under this warranty. If your product is within the 30-day return window, a refund may be available under our Return Policy instead -- contact us and we will advise which option applies to your situation.

5. Warranty Shipping

If the issue is a confirmed manufacturing defect or product failure covered under this warranty: Anfaavocat covers the cost of sending a replacement part or unit to you.

If we need you to return a product or component for inspection: We will provide return shipping instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed warranty claims.

Shipping costs for issues found to be outside warranty coverage remain the customer's responsibility.

We will always confirm shipping arrangements with you before asking you to send anything back.

6. Limitation of Warranty

This limited warranty is the only warranty provided by Anfaavocat and replaces any other express warranties. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty period.

Some US states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain provisions above may not apply to you depending on your state.

7. Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary by state within the United States. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including rights under your state's consumer protection statutes or the Federal Trade Commission Act.

8. Common Warranty Questions

My feeder stopped dispensing food after a few months. Is this covered?
If the dispenser stops working under normal use and the kibble size was within the specified range, this is likely a manufacturing defect and is covered. Email us with your order number and a description of what is happening.

The WiFi connection drops constantly. Does that count as a hardware defect?
Persistent WiFi disconnection that cannot be resolved through standard troubleshooting -- verifying 2.4GHz vs 5GHz compatibility, router proximity, and app settings -- may indicate a hardware issue. Contact us and we will work through the steps with you. If it is a hardware fault, it is covered. If it turns out to be a network configuration issue on your end, we will still help you resolve it, but that falls outside the hardware warranty.

The app will not connect to my feeder. Is that a warranty issue?
App connectivity issues are usually a setup or network configuration problem rather than a hardware defect -- and most resolve with a few troubleshooting steps. Contact us and we will walk through it with you. If the issue is confirmed to be caused by a hardware fault in the feeder itself, it is covered under warranty.

The camera image is blurry or night vision does not work. Is this covered?
Yes, if the camera is not functioning as described in the product listing and the issue is not caused by physical damage or obstruction, it is covered under the warranty. Send us a photo or short video of what you are seeing.

My water fountain pump is making a loud noise after a few weeks.
Unusual pump noise that develops under normal use and is not related to low water level or limescale buildup may indicate a defect. Contact us with a description and we will assess whether it qualifies for warranty support. We may ask you to check and clean the pump first, as mineral buildup is a common cause of noise and is easy to resolve with regular cleaning.

I no longer have the original packaging. Can I still make a warranty claim?
Yes. We do not require original packaging for warranty claims. Your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video are sufficient to start the process.

Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?
Warranty claims are resolved with troubleshooting, replacement parts, or replacement units -- not cash refunds. If your product is still within the 30-day return window, you may be eligible for a refund under our Return Policy. Contact us and we will tell you which option applies.
