Payment Methods
Anfaavocat accepts PayPal as the only payment method for all orders placed at anfaavocat.com. This applies to all products and all order sizes. All prices are listed in US dollars. No additional fees are added at or after checkout.
PayPal is the only accepted payment method. We do not accept direct credit card payments, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, checks, or bank transfers at this time. If you have questions about payment before placing an order, email support@anfaavocat.com -- we respond within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.
How to Pay
At checkout, select PayPal as your payment method. You will be directed to a secure PayPal payment window to complete your transaction. Through PayPal, you can pay using:
- Your PayPal account balance
- A bank account linked to your PayPal account
- A debit or credit card saved to your PayPal account (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal Pay Later or PayPal Credit, if eligible and offered at checkout
No PayPal account required. PayPal offers a guest checkout option that lets you pay with a debit or credit card without logging in or creating an account. Look for the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option on the PayPal payment screen. This is the most common way customers without a PayPal account complete their purchase.
Fees and Charges Before You Buy
We want you to know exactly what you will pay before you place an order. Here is a complete summary of all costs:
- Product price: Listed in US dollars on each product page. The price shown is the price you pay.
- Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum order amount. No shipping fee at checkout.
- Sales tax: Sales tax is not currently charged on orders at this time.
- Additional fees: None. No handling fees, no service fees, no hidden charges are added at or after checkout.
- Currency conversion: All charges are in US dollars (USD). If your PayPal account is in a different currency, PayPal may apply its own conversion rate -- check with PayPal directly if this applies to you.
The total shown at checkout before you click "Complete Order" is the final amount you will be charged. It will not change after your order is placed.
Checkout Process
Here is what to expect when you place an order at anfaavocat.com:
- Step 1: Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
- Step 2: Enter your shipping address -- orders ship within the contiguous United States only
- Step 3: Select PayPal and complete your payment in the secure PayPal window
- Step 4: Return to anfaavocat.com -- your order is confirmed and an order confirmation email is sent to you
Free standard shipping is applied automatically to all eligible US orders -- no coupon code needed.
Order Confirmation
After your PayPal payment is completed, you will receive two emails:
- Order confirmation from Anfaavocat -- includes your order number, items purchased, shipping address, and total amount charged. Sent to the email address entered at checkout.
- Payment receipt from PayPal -- confirms the transaction amount and serves as your payment record. Sent to your PayPal email address.
If you do not receive an order confirmation within 30 minutes, check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, email support@anfaavocat.com with your name and the email used at checkout.
Purchase Information Summary
Before you complete your order, please review the following:
- Currency: All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD)
- Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery is 6-9 business days from order date. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
- Returns: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. See our Refund Policy for conditions and process.
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
- Warranty: All products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. See our Warranty Policy for details.
- Sales tax: Sales tax is not currently charged on orders at this time.
- Minimum order: No minimum order amount is required.
Payment Security
All transactions are processed through PayPal's secure payment platform. PayPal uses SSL encryption and complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
Anfaavocat does not store your credit card number, debit card number, or any full payment details. Your payment information is handled entirely by PayPal and is never accessible to us. All pages on anfaavocat.com are served over HTTPS -- look for the padlock icon in your browser address bar on any checkout or payment page.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy, the refund will be returned to your original PayPal payment method.
- Refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days after your return is received and inspected
- PayPal typically posts the refund to your account within an additional 3-5 business days
- If you have not seen the refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email, contact us and we will look into it
Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. No restocking fees are charged.
Payment Questions
Do I need a PayPal account to order?
No. Use the guest checkout option on the PayPal payment page to pay with a debit or credit card without creating an account. Look for "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" on the PayPal screen.
Can I pay directly with my credit card without going through PayPal?
No. All payments on anfaavocat.com go through PayPal. However, you can pay with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card through PayPal's guest checkout -- you do not need a PayPal account to do this.
Can I use PayPal Pay Later?
PayPal Pay Later may appear as an option in the PayPal checkout window depending on your eligibility. This is PayPal's own financing product -- Anfaavocat does not manage or apply for it on your behalf.
Will I be charged immediately when I place an order?
Yes. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Your order enters processing once PayPal confirms the transaction.
What if my payment is declined?
Common reasons include insufficient funds, an expired card linked to PayPal, or a temporary PayPal account limitation. Check your PayPal account to confirm whether any funds were held. If you were charged but did not receive an order confirmation, email support@anfaavocat.com with your PayPal transaction ID.
Can I pay with a gift card, Venmo, or store credit?
No. Anfaavocat does not accept gift cards, Venmo, store credit, or discount codes. PayPal is the only payment method accepted. This is clearly shown on the checkout page before you complete your order.
