Shipping policy
This page explains where we ship, how orders are processed, how long delivery typically takes, and what to do if something does not go as planned. All information on this page applies to orders placed on anfaavocat.com.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) only.
We are not able to ship to the following destinations at this time:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- US military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)
- US territories (Guam, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands)
- International destinations outside the United States
These locations require air freight or specialized shipping services that fall outside our current fulfillment capability as a small specialty retailer. We use standard ground shipping networks, which serve the 48 contiguous states reliably but do not extend to remote or non-contiguous destinations. We hope to expand coverage in the future.
If your address falls into one of these categories, please contact us at support@anfaavocat.com before placing an order. Your order will not be charged until we confirm it can be fulfilled to your address.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders placed with an international shipping address will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
- Shipping cost: $0.00 on all eligible orders -- no minimum order amount required
- No hidden fees are added at or after checkout
- The shipping cost shown at checkout is the final amount -- it will not change after your order is placed
Expedited or express shipping is not available at this time. As a small specialty retailer, we work with fulfillment partners that operate on standard ground shipping timelines. We are not currently set up to offer guaranteed next-day or two-day delivery. If you need a product urgently, please factor in the standard delivery estimate below before ordering.
Re-delivery costs: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable and you request reshipment, a standard shipping fee will apply to the second delivery attempt. We will contact you and confirm the cost before processing any additional charges.
Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from transit time -- both are included in the total estimated delivery window.
- Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday through Friday
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM MT on a business day are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, or on weekends and US federal holidays, begin processing on the next business day
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
If an item is temporarily out of stock or if your order is affected by any delay, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
The following timeline applies to orders shipping within the contiguous United States. All times are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
- Order processing: 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed
- Transit time (US domestic): 5-6 business days after dispatch
- Total estimated delivery time: 6-9 business days from the date your order is placed
Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak order periods (such as holidays), or other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
Local pickup is not available. All orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse.
Customs and Import Duties
All orders on anfaavocat.com ship domestically within the contiguous United States. No customs fees, import duties, or international taxes apply to orders placed on this site.
We do not ship internationally at this time. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated with full details on duties and tax responsibilities.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use it to monitor delivery status directly through the carrier's tracking system.
- Tracking emails are sent to the email address provided at checkout
- If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first
- If it is still missing after checking spam, contact us at support@anfaavocat.com with your order number
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered, this is usually due to one of the following reasons:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was entered at checkout
- No one was available to receive the package and no safe location was available for the carrier to leave it
- Delivery was refused at the address
If your package is returned to us, we will contact you by email to arrange reshipment. A reshipment fee may apply for a second delivery attempt. To avoid this, please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
Order Cancellations
We process orders promptly to minimize delays. Because of this, our cancellation window is limited.
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet shipped
- Cancellation requests must include your order number
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled -- you would need to follow the return process instead
To request a cancellation, email support@anfaavocat.com with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered processing.
