Refund policy

We stand behind what we sell. If something does not work as described, arrives damaged, or is not the right fit -- we want to make it right. This page explains clearly what qualifies for a return, how to start the process, and how long it takes. No surprises.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for items purchased directly from anfaavocat.com.
Requests submitted after 30 days are outside our standard return window and cannot be accepted, except in cases covered by our 12-month product warranty. If you have a warranty-related issue after 30 days, email us at support@anfaavocat.com and we will review it under our Warranty Policy.
When You Can Return an Item
We accept returns in two situations:
The item is defective or not as described. If your feeder arrived damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not function as described on the product page -- this qualifies for a full refund with return shipping covered by us.
You changed your mind. If you ordered the wrong model, decided it is not the right fit, or simply no longer want the item -- you can still return it within 30 days. Return shipping in this case is the customer's responsibility.
In both situations, items must meet the following conditions to be accepted:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unused or defective -- items should not show signs of extended use, pet hair, food residue, or physical damage caused by the customer
- Original packaging preferred, but not strictly required -- please pack securely to protect the item during return transit
- Includes all original accessories and components where possible
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items damaged by misuse, dropping, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product instructions
- Items with missing key components (such as the power adapter or bowls) where those components are not defective
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team
- Clearance or final sale items (marked clearly on the product page at the time of purchase)
How to Start a Return
Do not ship the item back before hearing from us. Returns sent to an unauthorized address may not be accepted.
Step 1 -- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
Email support@anfaavocat.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason. If the item is damaged or defective, please include a photo.
Step 2 -- We respond within 1 business day
Our team will confirm whether the return qualifies and send you the correct return address. We will also let you know whether a prepaid label applies to your situation.
Step 3 -- Ship the item back
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend keeping your tracking number for reference.
Step 4 -- We process your refund
Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error -- wrong item sent, shipping damage, or a verified product defect -- Anfaavocat covers the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid return label.
If the return is a change of mind -- no longer wanted, ordered the wrong model, or similar -- the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No prepaid label is provided in this case.
Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. No restocking fees are charged on any return.
Refund Timeline
All refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Refund processing: within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item
- Funds posted to your account: an additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
You will receive a confirmation email when we initiate the refund. If you have not seen the refund in your account within 10 business days of that email, please contact us at support@anfaavocat.com and we will look into it right away.
Order Cancellations
We process orders promptly to minimize delays. Our cancellation window is limited as a result.
- Within 24 hours of placing your order and not yet shipped: email us with your order number and we will cancel the order and issue a full refund
- After 24 hours, or once the order has shipped: we are unable to cancel at that stage -- once you receive the package, you can request a return under our 30-day return policy
To check whether your order has shipped before requesting a cancellation, look for the shipping confirmation email sent to the address you provided at checkout. Email support@anfaavocat.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Exchanges
We do not process direct product exchanges. If you need a different model, capacity, or color -- the most straightforward path is:
- Request a return for the original item if it meets our return conditions
- Place a new order for the correct item
This ensures the replacement is in stock when you order it and avoids delays. If you need help choosing the right replacement before placing a new order, email us and we will help.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or the wrong quantity, email support@anfaavocat.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo if available. We will either send the correct item or issue a full refund -- whichever resolves things faster for you.
If your order shows as delivered but has not arrived:
- Check your delivery area, with neighbors, and in any secure locations such as a mailbox, garage, or building lobby
- Allow 1 additional business day -- carrier scans sometimes report delivery slightly before the package physically arrives
- If still missing, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier
For confirmed lost packages, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. We will not ask you to wait indefinitely.
No Hidden Fees
We do not require account creation, memberships, or subscriptions to shop or make a return. No restocking fees. Any return shipping costs that apply to change-of-mind returns are communicated clearly before you complete your return request -- never after.
