How We Can Help

  • Order status and tracking -- If your order has not arrived or you would like a tracking update, include your order number when you write to us and we will look into it right away.
  • Product questions -- Not sure which feeder fits your situation? Whether you have one cat or two, travel occasionally or frequently, we are happy to help you find the right option before you buy. We would rather answer a question upfront than have you order something that is not the right fit.
  • Returns and exchanges -- We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If something is not right, let us know and we will walk you through the process. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.
  • Damaged or defective items -- If your item arrived damaged or is not working as described, email us a photo and your order number. We will make it right.
  • Warranty questions -- All products come with a 12-month limited warranty. See our Warranty Policy for what is covered and how to file a claim.

Monday through Friday: within 1 business day

Weekends and public holidays: we do our best to respond within 1-2 business days. Messages received on weekends will be picked up on the next business day.
