6. Warranty

Products purchased from anfaavocat.com are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures under normal household use.

Step 2 -- If informal resolution fails. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action will be brought in the appropriate courts of Colorado.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from filing a complaint with your state's consumer protection agency or the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC). These Terms do not limit your rights in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Anfaavocat and Elizabethloraine LLC against claims, damages, or expenses that arise directly from your misuse of our website or violation of these Terms.

This does not apply to claims arising from our own use of our website or products, or to claims related to product defects covered under our Return Policy or Warranty Policy.
