1080P Camera and Night Vision

The 110-degree wide-angle camera streams 1080P HD video to your phone via the app. Night vision activates automatically in low light, so the view stays clear at any hour without adjusting room lighting.

Two-way audio lets you speak to your cat through the feeder's speaker and hear what is happening near the feeding area. Cats that recognize your voice tend to approach the feeder more readily, which can ease the first few days of adjustment.

Feeding Schedule

Set up to 15 meals per day through the app, with 1-20 portions per meal. Trigger a manual feeding remotely at any time. The app logs each dispensed meal so you can confirm your cat ate without needing to watch the live feed every time.

If WiFi drops: The feeder continues to run the last saved schedule. Live video, manual feeding, and remote schedule changes are not available until WiFi is restored.

Capacity and Food Level Alert

How long the hopper lasts depends on your cat's daily portion size. The semi-transparent hopper lets you check food levels at a glance. The app sends a low food alert when the hopper needs a refill, so a meal is not missed unexpectedly.

Power and Battery Backup

Both versions run on a 5V power adapter. If the power goes out, the feeder switches automatically to 4 x AA backup batteries to keep the feeding schedule running. Feeding settings are retained for over 72 hours during an outage.

Common Questions

What is the difference between the 6L and 7L versions?
The 6L version has one stainless steel bowl and a 6L hopper at $58.99. The 7L version has two stainless steel bowls and a 7L hopper at $85.99. Camera, WiFi, and audio features are the same on both.

Can the 7L dual bowl version feed two cats on different schedules?
No. Both bowls dispense from the same hopper at the same time with the same portion. It works best for two cats eating the same kibble on the same schedule. If your cats need different diets or different amounts, this feeder is not the right fit.

Can I use this with wet food?
No. Both versions dispense dry kibble only. Wet food, semi-moist food, and oily or powdered kibble will cause clogging.

My router only shows 5GHz. Will this work?
No. Both versions require a 2.4GHz network. Most dual-band routers broadcast both -- check your router settings to enable the 2.4GHz band before setup.

What happens if the power goes out?
The feeder switches automatically to AA backup batteries and continues the saved schedule. App features are unavailable until power is restored. Batteries are not included.

Does the camera store video?
Neither version includes a built-in SD card slot. Video is streamed live to your phone through the app. Check app settings for any optional cloud storage features.

Is this feeder suitable for a small dog?
The feeder dispenses kibble sized 5-10mm in diameter and holds up to 6L or 7L. Whether it suits a small dog depends on their daily portion size and kibble size. The feeder is not designed specifically for dogs, but the mechanics work the same way for dry kibble of compatible size.
