1080P Camera and Night Vision

The 110-degree wide-angle camera streams 1080P HD video to your phone via the app. Night vision activates automatically in low light, so you can see clearly at night without turning on a room light.

You can view a live feed or check recent activity through the app. Video is streamed to your phone and is not stored in the cloud by default -- check the app settings for any recording or storage options specific to your account.

Two-way audio lets you speak to your pet through the feeder's built-in speaker. Some cats and dogs respond to a familiar voice, which can help ease the adjustment during the first few days of use.

Feeding Schedule

Set up to 15 meals per day through the app, with 1-20 portions per meal. You can also trigger a manual feeding from your phone at any time, regardless of the set schedule. The app logs each feeding so you can confirm meals were dispensed.

If WiFi drops: The feeder will continue to dispense meals based on the last saved schedule. App-based features -- live video, manual feeding, schedule changes -- are not available until WiFi is restored.

Dual Bowl Layout

This feeder includes two detachable stainless steel bowls positioned side by side. Both cats can eat at the same time from separate bowls, which helps reduce competition at mealtimes.

Note: Both bowls receive food from the same hopper on the same schedule. They do not support independent portion sizes or separate feeding times per bowl. If your cats need different diets or different meal amounts, this feeder is not the right fit.

7L Capacity

Seven liters holds more kibble than most standard feeders. How long it lasts depends on your pet's daily portion size -- a cat eating 1/4 cup per day will get significantly more days per fill than a larger dog. Use the semi-transparent hopper window to check food levels at a glance without opening the unit.

Power and Battery Backup

The feeder runs on a USB power adapter. If power goes out, it automatically switches to 4 x AA backup batteries to continue the feeding schedule. Feeding settings are retained for over 72 hours during an outage.

Note: AA backup batteries are not included in the box.

Common Questions

Can I use this feeder for wet food?
No. This feeder dispenses dry kibble only. Wet food, semi-moist food, and oily or powdered kibble are not compatible and will cause clogging.

Does the camera record video or only live stream?
The camera streams live video to your phone via the app. Cloud recording options depend on your app account settings. No local SD card slot is included.

My router only shows 5GHz. Will this work?
No. This feeder requires a 2.4GHz network. Most dual-band routers broadcast both -- check your router settings to enable the 2.4GHz band and connect using that network during setup.

What happens to scheduled meals if the power goes out?
The feeder switches automatically to AA backup batteries and continues the saved schedule. App features are unavailable until power is restored. Batteries are not included.

Is the camera always on?
The camera streams when you open the live view in the app. It is not continuously recording in the background. Exact behavior may depend on app version and settings.

Can this feeder handle two cats on different diets?
No. Both bowls dispense from the same hopper at the same time. If your cats need different food types or different portion sizes, this feeder is not suitable. It works best for two cats eating the same kibble on the same schedule.
