Important: App control requires an active WiFi connection. If WiFi drops, the feeder will still dispense meals based on the last saved schedule. App features are not available during WiFi outages.

Dual Bowl Layout

Common Questions

Can I use this feeder for wet food?
No. This feeder is designed for dry kibble only. Wet food and semi-moist food will clog the dispenser and are not compatible.

My router is 5GHz only. Will this work?
No. This feeder requires a 2.4GHz WiFi network. Most dual-band routers broadcast both 2.4GHz and 5GHz -- check your router settings to confirm 2.4GHz is enabled.

What happens if the WiFi goes out?
The feeder will continue to dispense meals based on the last saved schedule. App control and remote changes will not work until WiFi is restored.

Can the two cats be on different feeding schedules?
The feeder dispenses from one hopper into two bowls simultaneously. Both cats receive the same portion at the same time. It does not support independent schedules for each bowl.

How long does a full charge last?
